Private sessions and group rates: $85/hour + $10 per person*
Location: the beach, your house or a secret island spot Sara is deeply familiar with the island and can help to curate the experience you desire - in the comfort of your home, at a beach location with sun or shade, or a secret outdoor spot for those that wish to explore but not practice in the sand :)
Mats and towels (for beach yoga) available upon request.
Rate is for a regular yoga class. Deeper 1:1 work or ongoing group information available, please get in touch. Sara's 20 years of teaching experience allow her to safely and effectively guide individuals and mixed groups of all levels. A specific focus for the session is welcome, please communicate any concerns or desires in advance.
